Ethics Department

The Department is headed by a Commissioner of Ethics, Policy, and Standards - Mr. Moses E. Makumbi

Core Functions:

1. Educating and sensitizing the public on the danger and implications of corruption on development and service delivery
2. Mainstreaming ethical values and standards in the public sector, private sector, Civil Society with a view of building integrity in the Ugandan Society.
3. Development of ethical standards in the public sector, educational institutions and private sector.
