The Minister for Ethics and Integrity Hon. Rev. Fr. Simon Lokodo together with the staff of the Directorate, join the
rest of Uganda to commemorate the 11th July anniversary; the day terrorists attacked Kampala taking over 80 precious lives of fellow Ugandans.

We condemn in the strongest terms this barbaric, inhuman and extra judicial act perpetuated by forces of evil and backwardness.
Our deepest condolences go to the bereaved families and we pray for strength to prevail to help you through this difficult time.

The July 11th terrorists attacks is a clear manifestation of the break down in the moral fabric of our societies culminating now in cold blood murder of innocent lives of our citizen.

The blood of our brothers and sisters shall never be in vain. The people of Uganda are peace loving, cherishing the gift of life and human dignity. No amount of negative social forces shall break down our national resolve for freedom and liberty to live in harmony. United we shall always stand and protect our sovereignty.
May God up hold Uganda.
