Permanent SecretaryThe Minister for Ethics and Integrity appointed by the President is the political head of the Directorate and provides guidance on policy matters to the institution . The Secretary, Ethics and Integrity is the Chief Executive Officer (Accounting Officer) responsible for all administrative and technical functions of the Directorate . In implementing its functions and objectives, the Directorate is structured into three key departments namely:

    1. Finance and Administration

      Finance and Administration provides policy direction to the Directorate, budgetary control, and effective coordination of the administrative matters of the institution.

    2. Ethics Education

      Ethics Education is responsible for mainstreaming ethics in public office and stimulating public awareness about ethics and integrity.

    3. Legal Department

      Legal Department is responsible for strengthening the anti corruption policy and legal framework
