The Minister for Ethics and Integrity appointed by the President is the political head of the Directorate and provides guidance on policy matters to the institution . The Secretary, Ethics and Integrity is the Chief Executive Officer (Accounting Officer) responsible for all administrative and technical functions of the Directorate . In implementing its functions and objectives, the Directorate is structured into three key departments namely:
- Finance and Administration
Finance and Administration provides policy direction to the Directorate, budgetary control, and effective coordination of the administrative matters of the institution.
- Ethics Education
Ethics Education is responsible for mainstreaming ethics in public office and stimulating public awareness about ethics and integrity.
- Legal Department
Legal Department is responsible for strengthening the anti corruption policy and legal framework
