Finance and Administrtaion Department

The Department is headed by an Under Secretary, Mr. Joel Wanjala.

Core Functions:

1. Overall coordination and monitoring implementation of DEI programmes
2. Coordination of the preparation of Development Plans, Ministerial Policy Statements, Budget Framework Papers and Annual Performance reports.
3. Mobilization of resources, financial, human, logistical and materials for the efficient and effective functioning of the DEI.
4. Coordination of Human Resources functions; performance Management, staff capacity building
